Balance the high energy of the sun-soaked season with deep rest.

Each 75-minute session offers a steady rhythm of downshifting and renewal, moving through the natural arc of summer. We’ll begin with slow, restorative movement to release tension and settle the body, then transition into a grounding Yoga Nidra practice for deep nervous system support.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep” or non-sleep deep rest (NSDR), is a guided meditation practice supported by neuroscience shown to reduce stress and support overall regulation. It offers a unique state of rest where the body can deeply restore while the mind remains softly aware. Using simple body, breath, and awareness techniques, participants are guided into a deeply restful state that supports the same restorative processes typically reached during deep sleep. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is required - simply come as you are to rest well.

Bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported—blankets, pillows, and eye masks are all wonderful additions.
