Each session begins with gentle, restorative movement to release stagnation from the body, followed by a grounding Yoga Nidra practice to replenish and realign.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a neuroscience-supported guided meditation shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, and regulate the nervous system—offering deep restoration for both body and mind. You'll leave feeling centered, renewed, and ready to float into the bliss of summer.

Bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported—blankets, pillows, and eye masks are all wonderful additions.
