Do you have an interest in yoga but want to learn the basics before stepping into a group class? In this introductory series we will cover the basics of yoga philosophy, foundational postures (asana) with focus on safe alignment, and breath exercises (pranayama). Each session will build upon the skills learned in the last and end with a closing meditation and time for questions.
