Aquarius Solar Eclipse Ritual

Please join Eryn for an archetypal yoga ritual to honor the Sun and Moon, embody the astrology of the moment, and align with new moon intentions that feel in flow with your heart center. This solar eclipse will be in the sign of Aquarius, ushering in a new cycle of archetypal energy that invokes awakening, innovation and exciting change for the wellbeing of humanity. It’s possible for this energy to feel disruptive, chaotic and even destabilizing as it breaks away from old patterns that are no longer sustainable.

By expanding your astrological awareness, you can begin to participate with the cosmos and have an impact on how this energy plays out in your life and in the world. This workshop will meet you where you’re at in your body, mind and soul with the support of therapeutic hatha yoga, mantra, cosmic contemplation and an extended savasana with live handpan music. Please feel welcome to bring a journal for some quiet reflection.
