Join certified Yoga Nidra facilitator Lauren Shea for an evening of Flow to Nidra: Fall Edition.

Curated to align your being with the season’s Ayurvedic practices and principles, the evening will begin with a gentle flow to release stagnant energy and prepare your body for rest. Following the flow, Lauren will guide you through a restorative Yoga Nidra practice to help release any remaining tension and bring your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation.

Also known as yogic sleep or non-sleep deep rest, Yoga Nidra is a transformative, science-backed guided meditation practice using body, breath, and awareness techniques to induce a deep state of relaxation while maintaining conscious awareness. The practice activates the brainwaves responsible for restorative healing during deep sleep, bringing your nervous system back to a natural state of equilibrium, providing numerous benefits such as reducing stress, improving cognitive function and digestion, and enhancing the quality of sleep.
