Gratefully Welcoming the Fire of Spring and New Beginnings
2 Hour Workshop
ALL LEVELS
As the earth awakens in spring, we gather in ceremony to open our hearts, give thanks, and welcome new beginnings. This cacao and sound ceremony is a gentle invitation to slow down, connect inward, plant seeds, and align with the renewing energy of the season.
We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao—an ancient heart-opening plant medicine—guided by intention, gratitude, and respect. As the cacao softens and expands the heart space, you’ll be immersed in a sound journey featuring soothing vibrations from a variety of traditional sound healing and native instruments from around the world including flutes, bowls, chimes, handpan, drums, guitar, voice and more! This ceremony is designed to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, support deep reflection, and ignite new beginnings.
This ceremony is a nurturing container for gratitude, renewal, and embodied connection—to yourself, the earth, the fire, and the unfolding cycle of life. No experience is needed, all are welcome, just come as you are and be ready to lay back and receive. If you like bring your our nest of pillows and blankets, and dress comfy - Dani, her instruments, and Cacao will take care of the rest!
About Dani:
Dani is a yoga instructor, sound practitioner and ceremony facilitator. Her greatest passion is being a student of these modalities. Second is sharing her heart, lessons, and energy with as many people as she can through the practices of yoga, sound, and ceremony. Connecting with, and loving her tribe is her superpower, and one of her favorite things she gets to do is live a life of service through these practices. After her career as a professional athlete she discovered the world of yoga, plant medicine, and the infinite possibilities available through sound. If she is not on the Cape, she is studying in Arizona and Peru with her teachers. Music is at the heart of everything she does. Her life completely changed now that she can create her own music and sounds, while actually being helpful to the community receiving it. Her sound and medicine ceremonies are intentional, deep, creative, prayerful, and where she truly gets to live on the edge of herself and what it means to be of service
