Kim Possee

Through yoga, Kim has found the ability to be present in the moment, to remember to breathe consciously and to stretch out the kinks of life. She aims to bring that consciousness to her students, to help them to become more present in their bodies as they stretch, expand, move and breathe. She had a consistent yoga practice for over 15 years before completing the Boston Yoga School 200 hr program. Kim continues to consciously study, learn and grow along with her students.
