Dana Cox

My yoga classes are rooted in Ashtanga and Hatha styles of yoga, with elements of slow, mindful movement. I earned my 200-hour RYT certification, yoga teacher training, with David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund of South Boston Yoga in 2015.  As a perpetual student of yoga, I've continued my exploration and education with the likes of Tim Kelleher, Petra Ledkovsky Van Aarem, and others. I design my yoga classes to encourage physical strength, mental awareness, and then, I balance it with flexibility work.  I believe yoga and meditation are the foundations to create healthy change in our body, in our mind, and our spirit! All levels, all ages, all yogis, anyone and everyone, is welcome to join me in class.
