Pilates exercises are done with rhythm + flow, creating smooth, graceful, functional movements. This principle is thoroughly embodied in the fluid choreography of a Reformer Flow session. Each session addresses each part of the body with emphasis on cultivating core strength. Movements can be varied and modified to suit each client’s needs and fitness level. Sessions provide a refreshing and energizing mind-body workout while improving strength, muscle tone, flexibility, and coordination.
We ask that all clients new to Reformer Pilates complete five private sessions in order to effectively learn the fundamental movements and language of the practice. This also gives the instructor an opportunity to assess each client’s individual needs and guide them towards either continued private training or a suitable existing group class.
For clients new to Pilates or those seeking the ultimate in personalized instruction to deepen and enhance their practice. Also recommended for clients with specialized rehabilitative guidelines.
Duets are offered to give two clients booking together a more personalized and private class setting. Two clients new to Pilates may book their introductory five private sessions as semi-privates as long as appointments are booked together.
Uplifting and energizing sessions for the experienced and committed student, flow is cued at a faster pace, fundamental moves are fine tuned, and intermediate and advanced moves are introduced. Every effort is made to place clients who have completed their five introductory private sessions in a group appropriate to their fitness level.
All Reformer Pilates session and package purchases are final with no refunds, transfers or exchanges. 24-hour notice of cancelation is required. If cancelation is recieved less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for your session.
