Some yoga experience required
Practice yoga postures using the resistance and assistance of the wall ropes and slings to invite length, strength, traction and profound alignment awareness. Derived from the Iyengar Yoga tradition, working with the wall ropes is called Yoga Kurunta, which translates to ‘yoga puppet’. Benefits include but not limited to improved posture and reduced back pain.
In this progressive series you will learn the basics of the ropes + slings practice and explore more challenging postures including inversions.
