Monday Meditation: Gratitude

New to Gratitude Meditation? It's a technique that is focused on weaving a greater sense of thankfulness and love into your daily life. It allows us space to reflect on all of the gifts we have been given, and to send loving kindness and positive energy out into the world.

If you'd like to start a Gratitude Meditation practice, here's a great guided Gratitude Meditation resource for beginners (see below). If you struggle with meditation, sometimes it can be helpful to do a guided meditation, so that you have a bit of direction for how to settle into stillness.

As it says on her site:

This gratitude meditation is ideal to use before or after a silent breath or mantra meditation. Although we recommend that you practice meditation sitting up, this gratitude meditation can be listened to sitting up or lying down.

The meditation is 14 minutes long and can be done anywhere, anytime.
